Location(s) of your ceremony and reception
•
How many people in your wedding party
•
Style of catering (buffet, seated-plated, heavy hors d'oeuvres, etc.)
•
Additional elements/logistics (slideshows, tributes, etc.)
This package can be combined with any of the “A La Carte” Services for added savings
You will receive 1.5 hours for the rehearsal, 2 hours for the ceremony, and 4 hours for the reception. This package is strictly for direction. There are no consultation meetings.

An onsite coordinator for the rehearsal and ceremony
•
A processional/recessional schedule
•
Ensuring the accuracy of the services delivered from the vendors
•
A pre-wedding site check
•
Assistance with the pinning of the flowers for the bridal party and family
•
Checking the placement of programs, guestbook, lighting, etc.
•
Lining up the bridal party for the processional and assisting with the recessional
•
Coordinating with the photographer for pre/post ceremony pictures
•
Assisting Bride and Groom with lining up guests for special pictures
•
Arranging for the gifts to be placed in a predetermined car trunk for safekeeping
•
Arranging for the guestbook to be transported to the reception
•
Coordination with the caterer to ensure accuracy of the menu and serving times
•
Arrangement of leftover food for family members and getting approval from the caterer
•
Coordinating the Bride's table, guestbook, gift table, and the throwing of the bouquet and garter
•
Coordinating the music schedule

DIY 1 on 1 wedding consultation. We give you the key to our brains and you are welcome to pick away. Most brides that choose this option come to us with a list of questions or situations that they are unfamiliar with how to handle. We offer up our expertise to you so you can avoid any potential pitfalls. You will leave the meeting with a completed to do list that is organized and concise. Cost to you $75 an hour.
